Question

Am I invited to both the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Although we'd love to have everyone be a part of our I Do's, we'll be in the Mary Chapel at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, which unfortunately has limited seating and space. Due to this, we've decided to keep our guest list for the ceremony more intimate. When you go to the RSVP tab, you'll be able to see which events (Ceremony and/or Cocktail + Reception) you're invited to. Either or, we're so excited to celebrate with you all! Thank you for your understanding!

I'm invited to the ceremony, what time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 12pm, so we'd advise for you to arrive to the church about 15-30mins before to have time to park, find the Mary Chapel, and select a good seat to witness our cheesy, but sweet vows to each other.

Can I bring a date AKA a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation, as they will not be accommodated. Thank you so much for understanding!

What is the dress code for the Ceremony?

Answer

Since it'll be in a church setting, dressing in your Sunday Best would be best! Use your best judgement, we trust y'all.

What is the dress code for the Cocktail + Reception?

Answer

Get ready to dress up to the nines! This will be black tie attire, AKA formal attire, so Midi/Maxi dresses and suits + ties. So basically like an adult prom. Nostalgic, huh? Cannot wait to see all your beautiful faces! FYI, this does NOT mean you need to dress in all black, black is always a solid color choice though! If you're conflicted on what colors to wear, think of a fall/winter color palette. Outfits so good you'll be posting a photo with the hashtag #OOTN.

When does cocktail hour start?

Answer

Cocktail hour will start promptly at 4:30pm at Boxwood Manor outside on the beautiful lawn area. Following right after, everybody will start heading inside at 5:30pm for the reception to start. Let the party begin!

What's for din din AKA dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be a traditional Vietnamese 7-course meal. We'll also have some late night snacks and other surprises that are reflective of Ken and I's relationship, so get excited!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We're all for a good time, but responsibly of course. The bar will be open from 4:30-8:30pm. And from 8:30-9pm, there will only be beer & wine available. So please plan on bringing some cash to tip our lovely, hardworking bartenders.

Is there parking at the Reception venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking at Boxwood Manor. Although space is limited, since our guest list is about 250-300 people. So we'd strongly advise for acquainted parties to carpool if you can!
