Like all the best modern love stories, ours started with a swipe. We matched on Tinder in July 2020, and what started as casual conversation quickly turned into something neither of us expected a connection that felt easy, genuine, and kind of like fate (but with memes). Our first date? The West Wind Sacramento 6 drive-in. A hot summer night, movie snacks in our laps, and a first kiss in the parking lot. It was romantic, a little awkward, and unforgettable. From the beginning, our connection felt effortless, like two souls that had already known each other in another life. Through every adventure and challenge, we’ve stood side by side. From climbing career ladders (including a long journey through apprenticeship and topping out as a journeyman lineman!) to building a life full of laughter, road trips, coffee-fueled mornings and raising our beautiful babies side by side. Together we’ve been each other’s biggest cheerleaders, calm in chaos, and constant in love. After years of building a strong foundation, we knew it was time to turn the page to a new chapter. He got down on one knee, and she said yes with tears, laughter, and hearts full of gratitude. Now, we can’t wait to say “I do” in a place that reflects everything we love — rustic charm, wide open skies, and the people who mean the most to us.
