Wow, when I sit and look back, it is all so long ago, but yet, it feels like it was just yesterday. I met Jason through my best friend, Angela. I had met him a few years prior and didn't realize it till later on. Jason was a roommate of Angela's. Ang and I had decided to go out for the evening on December 23, 1999, and Jason tagged along. We had such a great time. A month or two had come and gone and we spoke and hung out regularly. I really was not looking for anything serious as I had already had Desiree, I was content. When we hung out, it was always the three of us. I always joke and say Jason fell in love with Desiree first! It was true, she stole his heart and in the meantime, I fell so madly in love with this man who took in this little girl as his own and he didn't even bat an eye. Exactly one year later from that night out, we were married!

We have been through a lot over the course of our marriage. Many of you probably thought we wouldn't make it and we know many of you thought we were crazy when we kept moving out West. Through all of that, many of you stood by us, no matter what. This is why we wanted to have this celebration for our 20th Anniversary. Not many people stay in it for the long haul anymore and we wanted to celebrate this milestone with you. Come for food and music and just to have a good time with people you love. We cannot thank you all enough for being part of our lives.
