The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have enough time to get settled. If you arrive after the ceremony begins we kindly ask that you wait near the Whiskey River bar. If you wish to view the ceremony after doors have been closed you can stand to the right of the doors.

We kindly ask our guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, blush, or champagne to allow the bride to stand out on her special day. Thank you so much for understanding.

For ladies, we suggest a semi-formal look with flowy dresses, elegant skirts, or chic jumpsuits in earthy tones, pastels, or rich jewel tones. Think soft, romantic fabrics like chiffon, lace, or satin, with a hint of fairy-tale charm—floral prints, delicate details, or a touch of sparkle would be perfect! For gentlemen, a dress shirt and slacks, paired with a blazer or an elegant jacket, will complement the theme. Feel free to bring in earthy or forest-inspired hues, like deep greens, browns, or blues. Ties and bow ties are optional but encouraged for that extra dash of sophistication.

Unfortunately, due to space and budget limitations, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. We’re so excited to have you join us and can’t wait to celebrate together!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will follow inside with an indoor/outdoor space.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographer can capture each moment without distraction. Even if you feel tempted to take a picture, please make sure your phone is silenced and remain mindful of staying out of the photographer’s way. Your presence means the world to us, and we’re so grateful for your help in creating an intimate and uninterrupted moment.
