FAQs

Question

Can you bring your children?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we kindly ask that guests note our reception will include adult-oriented entertainment and alcohol service. Specific details regarding age requirements will be included with your invitation.

Question

Can you bring a plus one?

Answer

If a plus one has been reserved for you, their name will be included on your invitation. As we are planning a small and intimate celebration, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Your prompt RSVP would be greatly appreciated as we finalize plans for our special day. Please note that all responses must be received by May 5, 2027.

Question

How should you RSVP - online or by mail?

Answer

We kindly prefer that guests RSVP through our website whenever possible. However, if that is not convenient, you are always welcome to reach out to a member of the bridal party to submit your RSVP.

Question

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Wildwood Inn in Denton, Texas, allowing us to celebrate the entire day together in one beautiful location.

Question

Any dress code?

Answer

As we will be celebrating in the Texas heat, we encourage guests to wear breathable formal attire that will keep you comfortable throughout the day—and comfortable enough to dance the night away! If you have any questions about the dress code, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Question

Where can you park?

Answer

Yes! There are 48 parking spaces available directly in front of the venue. If the lot reaches capacity, additional designated street parking is available nearby.

Question

Are accommodations available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The Wildwood Inn offers 12 guest rooms on-site. If you are interested in reserving one of these rooms, please reach out to us directly for more information.

Question

Can you take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony by joining us for an unplugged experience. Please leave the photography to our talented photographer and enjoy the moment through your eyes rather than a screen. Don't worry—we'll have plenty of beautiful photos to share afterward!

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

While an Irish goodbye is always welcome, our official send-off will take place at 10:00 PM. We'd love for anyone who is able to join us as we celebrate the end of an unforgettable evening!

Question

What is the backup plan if it rains?

Answer

In the event of inclement weather, the venue offers several beautiful indoor options to ensure the ceremony can proceed comfortably and without interruption.

Question

Are kid's meals available?

Answer

Yes! Children's meal options are available. If you would like to request a children's meal, please be sure to submit your RSVP by May 5, 2027, and indicate that a kids' meal is needed.

Question

Can dietary restrictions be accomodated?

Answer

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to celebrate with a gift, please visit our registry page for more information.

Question

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

We recommend choosing footwear that is both comfortable and suitable for outdoor areas. Feel free to prioritize comfort—you will be on your feet celebrating with us!

Question

Will the ceremony/Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is currently planned to take place outdoors. We recommend bringing sunglasses and dressing comfortably for the Texas weather. In the event of inclement weather, the venue has several indoor ceremony options available. Our reception has the options for dancing outside or inside, so that will be determined based on the weather

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled.
