The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Cocktail wedding attire is a slightly more elevated dress code than semi-formal attire but is less formal than formal wedding attire (also known as black-tie optional). While you don't need to show up in an evening gown or tuxedo, please don't wear something you'd wear to the bar. A note for the ladies: Our ceremony will be taking place in an open green space, so stilettos may not be your optimal choice of footwear.
There is a free trolley service offered by the City of Newnan which guests can leverage for transportation to and from the welcome party. The trolley stops directly in front of the hotel block, and 1 block away from the welcome party location. For the wedding reception, we will be providing private transportation which will make stops in front of the hotel block as well as in downtown Newnan.
Please refer to the Travel tab of our website for all information regarding accommodations and transportation.
While we love your little ones, our wedding reception will be an adults-only event. We are conscious that most of our guests will be traveling in from out of town and may be unable to arrange childcare for the weekend of our wedding. As we don't want this to be a reason guests can't attend, we will be providing complimentary on-site babysitting services through the duration of our reception which you are welcome to leverage.
Your invite should have a QR code and URL. Please RSVP digitally and answer all required questions on the RSVP form by the provided date so that we can do our best to accommodate all guest needs and preferences.
Yes. We are conscious that many of our guests will be flying in on this day, and will likely be hungry after a long day of travel. Please do not feel the need to feed yourself before the event, unless that is your preference.
A big part of the reason we love our venue is that it offers the flexibility to be both indoors and outdoors. Our intent is to spend the majority of the evening outside, however in the case of inclement weather we have the option to move all activities indoors for the comfort of ourselves and our guests.
Yes. Please specify any dietary restrictions in the appropriate section of your RSVP so that we can ensure you enjoy our big night as much as we do.
Yes. While we will have an open bar at our wedding, we expect all guests to moderate their alcohol consumption and behave responsibly. Don't be "that guy" - there will be security officers on-site who are prepared to escort any fun suckers off the premises.
Our wedding will be an "unplugged" event, and we kindly ask that you limit cell phone use to only necessity (i.e. emergencies, checking in with childcare, etc.). This is the one night of our lives that all of our favorite people will be in the same place, and we want everyone to be fully present. We will be providing disposable cameras for our guests to capture the evening from their perspective, and will scan and post all photos to our wedding website after they're developed.
