You’re invited to ride a scenic chairlift to the summit of Hunter Mountain — about a 10-minute ride with incredible views. Think of it as the most scenic Uber you’ll ever take! 🏔️✨ Please ride the chairlift between 2:30–3:15 PM for our 3:30 PM ceremony. Never been on a chairlift? No worries — attendants will be there to help you on and off, and it’s much smoother than it looks. We recommend laced or strapped shoes (heels are not recommended for the mountain terrain). You may wish to bring a wrap or jacket, as the mountaintop can be cooler.
We completely understand that the chairlift may not be the right fit for everyone. If you prefer not to ride, you’re warmly invited to join us at the cocktail hour starting at 5:00 PM at the base lodge. We’ll be so happy to celebrate with you there!
Our wedding website RSVP tab will be activated after the formal invitations are sent out. Afterwards, you can click the RSVP tab in the website menu above to RSVP at any time. We will update the website with the exact RSVP deadline in the coming months, and it will be listed on the invitations.

While we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we can only accommodate those specifically named on your invitation. If your invitation reads, "[Name] and guest," we've allotted you a plus one. Thank you for understanding!
Our reception will be adults-only, with the exception of select teenage family members. Please note that only the guests listed on your invitation are invited to attend.
Of course! If you have a dietary restriction or allergy, please let us know. The RSVP page has a notes section for any additional details (e.g., vegan, vegetarian, allergy) that we will relay to the catering team.
There is free parking throughout the Hunter Mountain Resort property. Our ceremony, reception, after party, and hotel are all conveniently located on-site, so once you arrive, you can park your car and enjoy the celebration!
