Maid of Honor
I couldn't ask for a better little sister. She has been there for me through thick and thin. She can push my buttons like no one else, but I also know she always has my back. Rachel, aka Sis, Sissy, Sisalicious, Ray, or Rach, is loving and passionate. She is stubborn in the best way, and life with her is never boring. She knows me better than anyone else, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Best Man
Andrew and I have known each other just about our entire lives. We met at an early age when our parents were introduced through a mutual friend at church. Our friendship was strengthened by our shared interests: video games and pizza. Andrew is like a brother to me and to this day we still get together with the rest of the groomsmen to game and eat pizza. Be sure to congratulate him on his engagement!
Bridesmaid
I met Shelby in the second grade when she asked me why I wore my Brownie uniform to school all the time. Cue little Lauren going on a 10 minute long ramble about how awesome Girl Scouts was. She joined my troop, and we've been best friends ever since. Shelby is laid back, and always kept me grounded when my head was in the clouds. Seeing as our friendship is old enough to vote, I think our friendship will last a lifetime, no matter where life takes us.
Groomsman
Kevin and I met in second grade and and our friendship came naturally and quickly due to our mutual appreciation of video games and pizza (a common trait among my friends). We spent many nights playing video games, watching funny videos, and hitting each other with weapons we made out of KNEX. Kevin is an amazing dude with an appreciation for all things film. He is honest and is one of those friends where we can always pick up where we left off, even if we haven't spoken for a while.
Bridesmaid
I met Michelle when we were matched to be roommates at FSU. Without ever meeting in person, she, Emily, and I moved in together. Michelle introduced us to "Pizza Tuesdays," which became a tradition at our apartment. As the Ravenclaw of our apartment, Michelle is creative and intelligent. Her love of movies is unmatched. Even as she chases her dreams in Hollywood, I know she is a friend I can rely on.
Groomsman
Dylan and I met in high school through a mutual friend. I didn't know what to think of this guy at first but over the years I found he's as good as they come. Dylan (or "GANN" as we know him) is hilarious, hard-working, and has a FANTASTIC first name. You couldn't ask for a better friend.
Bridesmaid
While Emily and I met through FSU, we soon found out we had a lot of connections. We both has gone to the University of Memphis and had worked/interned for the Brooks Museum at different times. Emily's quirky personality is one of a kind. Before I met Emily, I thought no one loved dogs more than me. I was wrong. She has a huge heart, and I couldn't ask for a more fun-loving and caring friend.
Groomsman
I had heard about Dejay through Andrew and Gann for months before really getting to know him. We finally met just after high school, and it wasn't long before I learned what a cool guy he was. Dejay may be big and strong-looking, but he's a softy at heart and is one of the most considerate and dependable friends I have.
