Can I make a reservation with Carnival on their website?

Answer

Nope. Because of the Group Booking Number, they request that you call so that they can apply the number. This ensures the booking doesn't have customer errors.

Does Carnival offer discounts?

Answer

Yes! As a matter of fact, they are offering several right now (April 2024) just for booking early. You can find these deals by clicking "Today's Deals" at the top of their website. They also offer a 10% Military discount, but we recommend asking for the best discount they can offer before automatically assuming it is the best. We found out otherwise....

Question

When will the Joneses arrive/depart in Galveston

Answer

We will be arriving in Houston the day before, June 20th, since we're flying in from Anchorage and will need some time to adjust to the time change. We'll arrive about 12:30-1pm ish if all goes according to plan. We'll be staying at a hotel DoubleTree on JFK Blvd (near the airport) and taking the cruise line shuttle the next morning. We will be departing Galveston on the cruise line shuttle back to Houston once we arrive in port to catch our flight at 5:15pm. That way we can get back to the fur kiddos who will be missing us by this point. :)
