Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have a block reserved at The Courtyard Marriott Madison East with discounted rates and a shuttle to and from the Wedding Venue (total capacity for 30 people each way). This shuttle is only for guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott. You can find the link to reserve a room in this block on the Travel page on our website. Please reserve your room by February 8th to ensure the discounted rates. While we do not have a block reserved here, the Hampton Inn East Madison is another great hotel with a 15-20 minute drive to the Wedding Venue. There are no shuttle services from this hotel to the Wedding Venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The Ceremony will be starting at 3:30pm, please arrive around 3:00pm to ensure everyone is able to find a seat!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please notate your food allergy when you fill out the RSVP information and we will work with our Caterer to ensure your food is made properly!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are registered through Bed Bath and Beyond. We also have a registry through Zola for our HoneyMoon Fund. If you cannot decide on an item and feel inclined to give, we invite you to donate to our honeymoon fund to help give us the vacation of our dreams!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, The Fields Reserve has a large parking lot with plenty of room for our guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
For guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott East Madison, there is one shuttle that will be making 3 trips to the venue before the ceremony and 3 trips back from the venue during / after the reception. The shuttle fits 10 people so 30 people will be able to ride to / from the venue. We are currently working on finding an additional shuttling service, in case there are more than 30 people needing rides back to the Courtyard Marriott.
