If you are feeling any sickness or symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath the week leading up to or day of, please notify us immediately and Do Not attend the wedding.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to COVID-19 restraints we are only able to invite a limited few. This means only those listed in your RSVP section will get to attend.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP Deadline is July 31, 2020. Please RSVP by this date or we will assume you will not be attending. We understand if you do not feel comfortable attending. In this case please RSVP Will Not Attend as soon as possible.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/ Daytime Casual: For him: Dress pants with a button-down shirt or polo. For her: A summer sundress or a skirt or pants with a nice blouse.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

General weather conditions will be warm in August. Expect weather around 80 degrees and possible rain.

Where will the ceremony and reception be taking place?

What will happen after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony Thomas and Kayla will be taking photos with their families, please enjoy cocktail hour and appetizers during this time.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30PM

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Limited driveway and street parking will be available.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes food and drinks will be served at the reception. We will start the evening off with appetizers. Then follow with an BBQ dinner. Drinks such as soda, water, beer, and wine will be provided. There will also be dessert.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors under a tent.

Any additional information?

Answer

Since alcohol will be provided at the wedding we encourage our guests to make use of cabs, Ubers, Lyfts, and designated drivers to make sure everyone has a fun and safe night

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

We’ve hired a photographer to capture the ceremony as we don’t want you to miss anything. We also ask that you please hold off on posting photos until after the bride and groom have done so.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Yes we will be having a DJ.

Will there be masks provided?

Answer

Yes we will provide masks and hand sanitizer but feel free to bring your own.
