Hi there! Due to the river flooding & venue change we now have limited space. We are sorry for any confusion. The Tall Stacks Fest is planned for the same weekend in Newport. There will be A LOT of traffic getting to the ceremony. Plan accordingly. #rallywiththecrowleys

Question

Is this a full Catholic Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

No. While the ceremony will take place in a Catholic church, it will not be a full Catholic Mass.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. To ensure ample time for parking and seating, we recommend arriving around 5:10 PM. Please Note: Fr. Martin has kindly asked that guests not arrive before 5:00 PM, as the church will be concluding its 4:00 PM Saturday vigil Mass. If you would like to attend a full Mass beforehand, you are welcome to join the 3:45 PM confessions and 4:00 PM service. We respectfully ask all guests to be mindful of parishioners exiting the church.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re excited to celebrate with all of you, and would love to see our friends and family dressed to match the occasion. We kindly request semi-formal to formal attire. Denim/jeans are not permitted. Feel free to wear whatever colors you love — we just want you looking and feeling your best!

Question

Can I take photo/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired a talented photographer — and close family friend — Anna, to beautifully capture the ceremony. To help us stay present and minimize distractions, we kindly ask that phones and cameras remain put away during the ceremony. You're more than welcome to take photos and videos after the ceremony. Sláinte!

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 20, 2025, whether you're able to attend or not. This allows us to give accurate numbers to our vendors.

Question

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited seating and catering arrangements, we can only accommodate those formally listed on your invitation. If you were offered a plus one, it will be clearly noted on your invitation and reflected in your RSVP form.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our celebration will be adults only due to space constraints and an open bar. We hope you'll enjoy this evening as a special night out!

Question

What should I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

We’ll miss you! If you're unable to join us, please RSVP “no” by August 20, 2025 so we can finalize our guest count. We’d love to celebrate with you another time soon!

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

We’re so excited to share some of our favorite dishes with you! The menu includes:     •    Starter: Spinach salad with strawberries, candied walnuts, goat cheese, applewood bacon, red onions, and poppyseed vinaigrette     •    Mains: hickory smoked brisket, fried chicken, & BBQ grilled salmon     •    Sides: BBQ baked beans, orzo pasta salad with asparagus, broccoli casserole, and collard greens     •    Desserts: Lisa’s Mini Bundt Cakes & Maker’s Baker’s Espresso Wedding Cake

Question

What type of beer will be served?

Answer

We’ll be serving:     •    Draft beer: Miller Lite, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra     •    Full bar: A selection of spirits, bottled beers, sodas, and juices

Question

May I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Absolutely! Your safety is important to us. If you need to leave your vehicle overnight, please park in the farthest lot labeled “Gate 8” near the horse stables and main road.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Thank you so much for making the trip to celebrate with us! You’ll find accommodation options listed under the “Travel” tab on our website, including nearby hotels and Airbnbs in Bellevue, Dayton, and Newport, KY.

Question

What is the theme of the wedding?

Answer

A touch of whimsy and a lot of love — inspired by Studio Ghibli and our own story of being “Lucky in Love.”
