We're making it official

2015: We met working at Kessler Rehab in the kitchen. We quickly became friends bonding over the same struggles of working early mornings and diet orders. 2016: Our relationship started after an invitation to watch the Super Bowl with friends and coworkers. Over the next couple years our dates consisted of hikes, wine tasting, and long drives to explore new towns. 2020: We moved into a 1 bedroom apartment in Mt. Laurel together. A few months later COVID kept us in and we knew it was all or nothing. So, our first puppy Luna joined us shortly after and we became puppy parents! 2021: After saving up enough, we bought our first house! Luna got a backyard and we got a project. 2023: Each year we traveled to a new state but this year we planned our longest 10 day adventure to Utah and Colorado to visit 6 National Parks. Blake finally proposed! 2024: We're ready to make it official!

Our love of travel and the outdoors brought us to the venturous state of Utah. We rented a sleeper van and planned to see all 5 National Parks, plus some in Colorado. After a long day of travel and prep we headed to our first campsite near Zion National Park. The next day we planned to get up bright and early to hike the infamous Angels Landing. Unfortunately we didn't get a permit to go to the top so we only hiked up to the beginning of the canyon. Blake found a nice flat area off to the side to take pictures and catch our breath after hiking up 1,200 feet. After he set up the tripod, he was down on one knee! It was the best surprise to happen before sunrise! We enjoyed the rest of the trip excited for our future.
