When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than September 12th, 2026 (09/12/2026). This just gives us time to finalize last minute details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on site for the ceremony and plenty of parking at the reception location.

What's the wedding dress code?

Answer

The dress-code is semi-formal & the venue is outdoors in the mountains in October. But more importantly dress comfortable!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts. Please arrive between 2:30pm - 2:45pm.

What food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

The main course is barbecue, cooked by the Crowes family friends. Side dishes include stewed potatoes, mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and rolls. Food at the reception will include meat, cheese, vegetables, and fruit. The reception venue does not allow alcohol.
