The wedding will start at 6:30 in the evening on the top floor of the bridge building. You should try to arrive about 15-30 minutes early as you will have to take the elevator or stairs up to the ceremony. Traffic is always a possibility in Nashville for those who may be driving or taking an uber/lyft.
The attire is formal, which means your best options are full length or cocktail length dress/skirt, nice jumpsuit, or suit/tuxedo. If you do not feel comfortable wearing any of those options…wear what assures you will have the best time and feel the most comfortable.
If you are from Kentucky or Tennessee, you know that our winters are quite variable. I would be prepared for the cold but there is a possibility that the day time could be nice and sunny. The ceremony and the dancing will be in a heated outdoor tent and the dinner will be indoors.
The bridge building is across the river from downtown Nashville. If you are staying downtown, it is a short 10 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge but it can be a bit windy crossing the river. You can also take uber or lyft to the venue, the bridge building should show up in searches for destinations. There is a small amount of parking availability near the event also.
Yes!
We have a photographer for the ceremony and reception so we would prefer if you do not take photos during the ceremony. After the ceremony, you are free to take and post as many pictures as you would like.
You can RSVP on this website or if you would prefer you can text or call one of us. We just want to make sure we have a plate of food and all the drinks you can handle ready and waiting for you.
