3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Seating begins at 3:00 and the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30. This will take place outdoors unless there is inclement weather, in which case the ceremony will be moved indoors at the same location.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
While the wedding party takes pictures, enjoy drinks and light snacks for a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony and leading directly up to dinner.
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Immediately following the cocktail hour, dinner will be served buffet style. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions in advance and we will gladly accommodate!
9:00 pm
Following the reception, those still in a partying mood can relocate to Newport, Kentucky where the wedding party will be staying and (assuming Covid-19 conditions allow it), hitting up the town. Specifics will be decided closer to time, and some transportation will be provided, but please make plans for safe and sober travel if you plan on joining the wedding party!
