Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is large parking lots for the church and reception venues.

Is there handicap parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is lots of handicap parking for anyone who needs close parking at both the church and the reception venues.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Doors will open at St. Francis de Sales at 1:30. You can arrive anytime after 1:30. Mass will start promptly at 2:00.

I'm not Catholic, can I go up and receive Holy communion?
Answer
All our guests are welcome to share in this celebration with us. However, in the Catholic tradition, Holy Communion is reserved for practicing Catholics who are in good standing with the Church. If you are not receiving Communion, please remain in your seat and offer a prayerful wish for the couple.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on Social Media?
Answer
We love photos! We do ask that you please respect the Holy Sacrament of Marriage during Mass and only take pictures at the beginning, our vows, and at the end of mass during the proclamation and first kiss. During the reception, take lots of pictures and share them with us!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is Cocktail attire. We want to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! No jeans or white please!

Will there be a time gap between the wedding ceremony and the reception?
Answer
Yes, there is a planned break after the ceremony to allow for photos and preparations. Guests will have time to relax before joining us at the reception at Guy's Party Center at 5:30.

Could you suggest some places to eat, see or drink while I am in town for the wedding?
Answer
Check out our "Things to do" section of our wedding website. It will list our favorite places to eat, drink and see in our area. It will also list places to visit in between the wedding ceremony and reception.

How far is the wedding ceremony from the reception?
Answer
St.Francis de Sales is about 10-15 minutes away from Guy's Party Center where our reception is being held at.

I see Guy's Party Center has multiple ballroom, which one is the reception in?
Answer
Guy's has 3 ballrooms. We are in the South ballroom. You enter the driveway off Waterloo Road and continuing driving towards the back. Our ballroom is located around the corner from the banquet office. There will be signs posted to help you find our reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please list on your RSVP, if you have any food allergies or special dietary restrictions. If it changed or you forgot to list it after you sent in your RSVP, please contact us. We want everyone to enjoy the food at our wedding.

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be indoors.
