Wedding Party

Meet our friends who will be walking down the aisle with us on the big day!

Claire Taylor

Maid of Honor

Claire met the bride in homeroom junior year of high school because they both liked to arrive early. They got ready for all their high school dances together. They decided to drive separately for one dance, and Claire's date rear-ended Caroline's car with her car. Since it wasn't that bad, they just pretended it didn't happen. Claire is currently pursuing her masters in speech-language pathology in Chicago.

Kathryn Echele

Bridesmaid

Kathryn met the bride freshman year at Cor Jesu Academy. The bride complimented her ACTS bracelet then after talking for a few minutes Caroline said, "Hey I like you, can I be your friend?" They have been friends ever since! Before leaving for college they purchased a stuffed bunny together named Daisy. They share custody of her, swapping for a few months at a time, even to this day! Kathryn is currently at Kings College in London pursuing a Masters in War Studies.

Gabriella Krisanic

Bridesmaid

Gabriella met the bride when they were freshmen at Cor Jesu Academy in study skills class and they have been close ever since. Right after high school Gabriella and Caroline were at the boys' volleyball state championship game where she told one of the boys "My salutatorian medal is so much bigger than your volleyball medal." Gabriella is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Chemistry at Duke.

Anna Stewart

Bridesmaid

Anna met the bride in freshman year Latin at Cor Jesu Academy but they really bonded over their terrible Latin teacher the following year. While the two were swimming at Anna's house, Anna's young niece asked out of the blue if they were married. This perpetuated a long-standing joke and lots of "dates" eating bagels from Panera. Anna is finishing her degree in history with a minor in secondary education and a second minor in spanish.

Kathleen Tune

Bridesmaid

Kathleen met the bride in college because of their scholarship program the Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program. They had classes together and both thought the other was too cool to hang out with them. This prevented them from becoming close until two years in, even though they lived on the same floor of their dorm and at the time Kathleen was dating one of the groom's close friends. Kathleen is currently teaching second grade at Water Valley School District and lives with the bride.

Landon Cuevas

Best Man

Landon and the groom became friends in middle school Drama class when the groom walked into class and would only say, "I am Groot" after watching Guardian of the Galaxy. From there they became best friends and went on wacky adventures. One time while Landon and the groom were hanging out, the groom fell asleep and Landon lit a piece of skinny pop on fire and attempted to burn the hair off of the groom's leg. Landon is currently serving in the Army overseas.

Devin Carter

Groomsman

Devin met the groom through Landon after several attempts from Landon to introduce them. One time, Devin and the groom were trying to take a friend to Sonic, but it was rapidly approaching the groom's curfew. In an attempt to get home on time, the groom and Devin ended up doing a shady maneuver outside of Devin's house, which was caught by the neighborhood watch, who told Devin's mom. Devin is currently overseas serving with the National Guard.

Matthew Jalufka

Groomsman

Matthew met the groom in high school when they were refereeing soccer together and the groom gave him some good advice about Boudreaux's. One time while Matthew and the groom were on a cruise Matthew entered a dance contest, which he understandably did not win. Matthew is currently teaching Biology at Gautier High School.

Nick Kruse

Groomsman

Nick and the groom have known each other since the groom's freshman year of college, but it wasn’t until the fall of 2020 that they became fast friends. That fall, the groom invited Nick to karaoke night for the first time, and they have been a dynamic duo ever since that first duet. Nick is currently performing Ultrafast Transient Absorption Spectroscopy experiments on the road to a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry at Ole Miss.

Dalton Lundy

Groomsman

One of the other groomsmen, Nick introduced Dalton to the groom and some of the other groomsmen. One night in high school when some of the groomsmen were hanging out, Landon’s mom walked in and saw someone else in Landon’s bed and assumed it was his girlfriend. She started yelling at them, when really it was Dalton. Currently, Dalton is a freelance millwright and is a heavy equipment/crane operator for Gulf Coast Prestress.

Nick Lyon

Groomsman

Nick met the groom through a mutual friend, Landon. Nick recalls not having a good first impression of the groom, but clearly that opinion has changed. One time Nick and the groom got stranded in the woods after sundown with no supplies and had to be rescued by park rangers. Nick is currently finishing his last year of undergrad at the Business School of the University of Southern Mississippi.

Nathaniel Mink

Groomsman

Nathaniel met the groom on March 19, 2003, when he was born. The groom and his brother have grown much closer as they've grown older. Nathaniel's favorite memories of the groom are during family game nights where they form a telepathic bond that dominates the competition. Nathaniel is currently in the Engineering Program at Mississippi State University.

Mason Mullins

Groomsman

Mason met the groom in middle school - a time where he was taller than the groom. One time Mason and the groom coached a little league basketball team and proceeded to lose every game, but they learned the importance of looking the part and the power of friendship. Mason is actively deciding between and career in law or aviation, but one certain thing is that he is looking forward to the next cruise with the groom.
