Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the York Harbor Inn has a large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. The address is 480 York St, York Harbor, ME 03911. Please park here for all events on Saturday, May 31, 2025.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony begins promptly at 3pm, so please arrive early enough to find a seat and get settled. We recommend arriving 20-30 mins beforehand to allow ample time for parking and walking the short distance to the ceremony site.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

No. Although we love your little ones this celebration is 21+.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invitation.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 15, 2025. Earlier is always appreciated! You can RSVP by clicking the tab in the menu above.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed to impress! We kindly request formal attire for the occasion. Gentlemen, please wear a suit, while ladies may choose between a gown or an elegant cocktail dress. To keep the look cohesive, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white or denim. We can’t wait to celebrate together in style!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar at the Cocktail Hour and during the Reception. Please carry your photo ID with you in case the venue requests it. Maine alcoholic beverage laws require customers who appear to be 27 years old or younger present proper legal proof of age.

Where should I stay / what hotel should I book?

Answer

Please reference the travel tab above for our recommended accommodations. As a reminder, all events on Saturday, May 31 will be at the York Harbor Inn and because of that we highly recommend staying on site. If the YHI is fully booked we recommend Stage Neck Inn.

Question

Will events take place indoors / outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors. All events will be taking place at the York Harbor Inn.
