Am I able to extend my stay?

Answer

Absolutely! You can either contact the resort directly, or contact our travel agent Barb Kazmer at Barbara@captvl.com. Otherwise, you can contact the agency at Capitol Traveling Service inc. 608-221-4791

Do I have to stay the full 5 days?

Answer

No. The resort does have packages that include 3-days as well.

Should we book our rooms right away?

Answer

Yes! There is no guarantee that there will be a room left if left until the last minute.

Where am I able to fly out of?

Answer

We have a list of flights that fly out of Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago!

Are kids allowed?

Unfortunately this is an adults only resort, so there will not be kids around. We hope you can have a fun parents trip away from the kiddos and enjoy the sun ☀️🏝️

Do I have to book through the travel agent?

Yes, she has all the codes for the rooms with discounts.

What do I Need to make the reservation with the travel agent?

Answer

Names exactly as on passport: Date of birth: Passport Expiration date: Cell Phone contact while on trip: Email contact while on trip: Home address: Billing address for Credit card if not home address: Credit card number w/expiration and CVV code or you may call it in if you prefer: Seating preference on plane: Frequent flyer numbers: Global entry or TSA Pre-check number: Any special dietary needs: I will then be able to put the reservations on hold usually for 24-48 hours which will give you time to call in your credit card information if you prefer. If applying for a new or renewing your passport or do not have access at this time to your passport that can be added later or at check in. But names still need to match the reservation.
