All's well that ends well to end up with you

In the summer of 2018, we both moved to Chicago. Allison from Iowa & Ben from across the pond. Little did we know that, despite living in the same city, our paths wouldn't cross until a few years later. Fast forward to January 2022, and thanks to a little help from Hinge, we found ourselves on our first date, which turned into hours of conversation. As we spent more time together, we both knew there was something special between us. In May 2023, we moved in together in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, where our beloved Scottish Fold, Master Benjamin quickly settled in. Up on his perch enjoying his city views, Benji is the heart of our little family. One of the things that has brought us closer is our shared love for adventure. We've traveled across the U.S. and Europe, discovering new cities and experiences together. On Saturday mornings, you'll often find us up early cheering on Ben's favorite team, Arsenal. Meanwhile, Allison's love for Taylor Swift is the soundtrack to our lives. We love cooking dinners, going to concerts, and exploring all Chicago has to offer. In March 2024, during our trip to Napa Valley, CA, Ben proposed! We spent the weekend celebrating our engagement enjoying the romantic and dreamy vineyards and sparkling wine caves. Now, as we prepare to start the next chapter of our lives together, we can't help but smile and look back at all the little moments that brought an Iowa girl and a London boy together in the city of Chicago. We are so excited to continue to build our life together filled with love, travel, and a furry orange cat and can't wait to see what our future holds. Allison & Ben "You're my, my, my, Lover."
