Local pizza joint that offers a fun variety of pizzas both by the slice or by the whole pizza. Delivery to the hotel is available!
LaMar's Donuts and Coffee
Great donuts across the street from the church. The old fashioned is our favorite. (Coffees not great but the donuts are worth it.)
The Mill Coffee and Tea
Classic coffee spot right in the downtown Haymarket. Kick the morning off right.
The Coffee House
Another classic coffee spot a little further from the hotel. If you're hungry, get the cromelette for breakfast.

Small pub with big courtyard downtown. Great spot for a drink with friends when the weathers nice.

Tucked away bar with an artsy flair. This is a full-service bar with an outdoor seating/firepit and our favorite dartboard
Barry's The Nebraska Bar
The Nebraska bar. Classic college spot in the Haymarket with a great rooftop.
Bin 105 quality wines
Wine bar in downtown Lincoln. Great selection of wines by the glass or by the bottle.
Nebraska State Capitol
Architecturally beautiful building open to the public. Tours happen at 1 o'clock every day. We suggest roaming the halls yourself and taking the elevator to the top floor for the best view in Lincoln. It's the location of our engagement photos!
International Quilt Museum
Cool building with some cool quilts. You can find textile inspiration and it's a good story for the friends back home.
Sheldon Museum of Art
Beautiful art museum located on University of Nebraska's campus. Free of charge. Rotating interesting exhibits.
Sun Valley Lanes & Games
Mostly a bowling alley but also laser tag and a bunch of other things. Great spot for the kids!
Pioneers Park
Think Central Park NYC but a few miles out of town and with buffalo. Beautifully designed park with 600 acres of natural landscaping. Grab a lemon crunch cone from Dairy Sweet on your way back.
Memorial Stadium
Nebraska is still known for football and it's been 20 years since we were dominant. An impressive stadium on the edge of campus. If you can find the right local, you might even be able to step on the field.
