Question
When will the ceremony start and end? Will there be a break between the ceremony and cocktail hour? How long will it take to travel from the ceremony to the reception? When will dinner be served?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place in St. Johns Orthodox Church beginning at 12 noon and will end around 1 PM. There is a break between the ceremony and the cocktail hour which begins at 5 PM. The church is about 40 minutes away from the wedding venue. Cocktail hour will begin at 5 PM and dinner will follow soon thereafter.

Who should be invited? How many guests will attend? Can guests bring a plus one?

Our venue has a limit to how many people we are allowed to host. If your RSVP did not include a plus one, please reach out to us directly to discuss.

Are children allowed at the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only event.

What is the dress code? Should guests wear a suit and tie, cocktail attire, or formal gown?
Answer
Formal attire. Men should wear a suit and tie. Women should wear gowns. No jeans. No sneakers.

What should guests bring as a gift? Can they get something other than what's on the registry?
Answer
Guests are under no obligation to bring a gift, however for convenience, our registry is available and very simple. We have opted for a cash fund towards our honeymoon and a future home.
