Harbour House Courtesy Shuttle

For guests staying within a 3-mile radius of Harbour House, we highly encourage the use of our courtesy shuttle. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Closer to our wedding day (no earlier than 5 PM on Thursday, June 12th), you can text 321-419-4422 or email HHOShuttle@gmail.com to schedule your pickup. Please provide: 1. The name of your group 2. Your pickup location 3. A phone number to receive text updates 4. The number of people needing pickup The shuttle seats 14 passengers. Be ready and waiting outside at your scheduled pickup time, as the driver can only wait 3-5 minutes at each stop and must remain in the vehicle. Before the Ceremony: Pickups begin 1 hour before the ceremony and run until 15 minutes before the start time. After the Event: Shuttle service resumes 30 minutes before the event ends and continues until all guests have been returned to their locations. Please note that the shuttle will be on break during the wedding and will not be available for mid-event rides. If you need transportation during the reception, we recommend Uber/Lyft.

To use the venue’s courtesy shuttle, we recommend staying within 3 miles of Harbour House. For your search, focus on the cities of Satellite Beach, Indialantic, and Indian Harbour Beach. Some homes in Melbourne might also be close by, but check the map since Melbourne covers a wider area. Please note that Cocoa and Cocoa Beach are actually two different cities. Flight

Orlando & Melbourne Airports

There are two airports to consider when flying in: Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is a small local airport just 15 minutes from the venue. Our recommended hotels offer courtesy shuttles to the MLB airport. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the largest airport in the area, offering the most flight options. It's about a 1-hour drive from the venue. If you're flying into Orlando, we recommend getting a rental car for your stay. Many companies have service points located in the parking garage at the Orlando (MCO) airport with no shuttle needed, which makes the transition from the airport to the rental pickup/dropoff more convenient.

The deadline for reserving at the group rate has passed, but our hotel block is linked below. Rooms may still be available at standard rates. Parking is valet-only for $20 a day. Our courtesy shuttle can pick up guests at this location (see details above to schedule your pickup/reserve your ride). The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle service to the Melbourne (MLB) airport.
