**Keep in mind, while traveling it is very easy to get sick! Please take care of yourself! We recommend the following things to help you stay healthy: -Drink plenty of water -With anti-bacterial wipes, wipe down every inch of your seat on the airplane before you sit! The airplane is covered with germs! -Wash your hands frequently and use that hand sani! -As soon as you are at your place of stay, take off your airport clothes and take a hot shower! If possible, wash those airport clothes right away (we are going to find out if a washer and dryer will be available) -Drink Emergency and/or take your vitamins -Get plenty of rest before the trip! We have a long busy week ahead of us but let’s also try to get ourselves some good rest… -“No Jet Lag” pills- These are extremely helpful with jet lag. Sabrina takes them whenever she travels across the country and swears by them. You can find them at Wholefoods or on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Miers-Labs-Homeopathic-Remedy-Count/dp/B00007KUX7/ref=sr_1_5?crid=374GSEZV6KWS0&keywords=jet+lag+pills&qid=1651546382&sprefix=jet+lag+pills%2Caps%2C143&sar=8-5 **Questions about Covid regulations while traveling? Bank/$$ Info: We recommend making a copy of your passport to keep with your travel partner in the odd case of loosing your passport at least you will have some sort of identification. We have had good luck with using an ATM for our currency exchange and pulling out enough cash to last for a few days/week or so. **Remember to contact your bank and let them know you will be traveling so your accounts do not get locked. We also have had good luck with our banks reimbursing us for any “cross border fees” or currency exchange rates. Food Costs: We estimate approximately $50 a day in food and drinks per person (for 3 meals and alcohol) as a conservative estimate not including the group meals. Local Transportation: As for traveling Uber and Taxis work great and being a large tourism based country English is widely spoken.
