Forever, With You

Our story is one of God’s quiet faithfulness and perfect timing. We met during a season when life felt heavy and uncertain for me. I had just moved into a new place, and one day I met my neighbor, Rick. He introduced himself with such kindness and gentleness, but at the time, I wasn’t ready for new connections. Still, God was already at work, even when I didn’t realize it. About a month later, we were both invited on a hike, my very first one. It wasn’t easy, but Rick encouraged me every step of the way. That day became a small but meaningful victory for me, reminding me that stepping outside my comfort zone could bring unexpected joy. Looking back, it was one of the first moments God began restoring my hope. After I moved away, we stayed in touch as friends. Over time, we crossed paths again at shared dinners and gatherings. There was no rush, no pressure, just genuine conversations and a growing sense of peace. Later, we decided to try Dance classes together, something completely new and a little outside our comfort zones. Week by week, friendship slowly grew into something deeper. Our love didn’t arrive all at once; it unfolded gently, patiently, and with purpose. They say love should feel like a fireplace, not a firecracker -steady, warm, and lasting. Rick became God’s gentle response to the questions my heart once carried in silence. With hearts full of gratitude, we invite our closest family and friends, the people who have prayed for us, loved us, and walked alongside us, to join us as we celebrate the covenant God has written for our lives.

Saw a cute girl. Went, ‘yep, that’s mine.😉 . . . . . . . . Turns out, I was right. We first met in the fall of 2023 as next-door neighbors. What started as a simple hello has turned into something I never expected. Day by day, she stole my heart, without even trying and before I knew it, she became the best part of my every day. Cristlet has a way of making the ordinary feel special and life feel fuller just by being herself. Loving her came easily, naturally, and completely. What began as a chance meeting turned into the greatest love story of my life.
