Let’s rewind to 2009, back to freshman year English at Bishop Amat High School. We were just a few seats apart, but somehow it felt like the distance didn’t matter. There was an instant spark (and probably a few distracted glances during class). We shared a handful of classes that year, and by sophomore year, a friendship had really taken root. Then came 2011 and a bold move: Cristina asked Josh to Sadie Hawkins. Not long after, Josh returned the favor in his own way: asking Cristina to officially be his girlfriend. From high school hallways to college days in San Diego, and now to saying “yes” to forever, our story has grown right alongside us. We’re so excited to step into this next chapter together, and even more excited to celebrate it with all of you!

Regresemos a 2009, al salón de inglés de primer año en Bishop Amat High School. Estábamos sentados a solo unos cuantos asientos de distancia, pero desde ese momento se sintió que la conexión ya estaba ahí (y seguramente también algunas miradas distraídas durante la clase). Compartimos varias clases ese año, y para el segundo año ya se había formado una amistad muy especial. Luego llegó el 2011 y Cristina invitó a Josh al baile de Sadie Hawkins. Poco después, Josh le pregunto oficialmente a Cristina que fuera su novia. Desde los pasillos de la preparatoria hasta la vida universitaria en San Diego, y ahora rumbo al “sí, para siempre”, nuestra historia ha crecido junto con nosotros. Estamos muy emocionados de comenzar este nuevo capítulo y aún más de poder celebrarlo con todos ustedes!
