Question

What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be taking place on Sunday, May 30, 2027 starting at 6:00 PM EST sharp.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Paradise Cove Orlando.

Question

What are the accommodation options near the wedding venue?

Answer

There are a variety of hotels in different price ranges near the venue, as well as several Airbnb, Vrbo, and rental options for those who prefer an alternative. Unfortunately, we will not be reserving a block of hotel rooms, allowing everyone to choose accommodations that best suit their preferences and comfort.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Complimentary parking is offered on-site at the venue.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

At this time, we will not be providing transportation to and from the venue.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, followed by a semi indoor reception at the same venue.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Garden Formal. For more details, please refer to the "attire" tab. While you don't need to follow the specific theme, we ask that you wear formal attire. This means no jeans or casual clothing. We ask that men wear dress pants or slacks, a button-up collard shirt, suit jacket or blazer, but tie is optional. Women are asked to come dressed in a dress or similar formal attire.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

In May, Orlando is warm with plenty of sunshine, though it marks the start of the rainy season. If rain starts before or during the ceremony, we’ll be ready. Being by a lake, it can get cool, but there will be fans at the reception for comfort.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to accommodate venue guidelines. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before Sunday, March 28, 2027. You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website.

Question

Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?

Answer

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you do wish to give something, we would be grateful for a donation to our honeymoon fund to help us celebrate the start of our new life together. Please click our "Registry" tab for more information.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the Cocktail Patio, where we will be serving small appetizers accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and cocktails.

Question

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, a buffet-style meal will be served consisting of two entrées, two sides, vegetables, one salad, and dinner rolls Please notify either Tristan or Cristina of any food allergies or dietary restrictions you may have ASAP.

Question

What type of music can guests expect?

Answer

Music will be family-friendly from 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM, but after 9:00 PM the dance floor will take on an adult atmosphere. Feel free to stay and party, or head out whenever you're ready!

Question

I still have questions. What is the best way to contact you?

Answer

If you still have questions or concerns, please reach out to either Tristan or Cristina as soon as possible. We are so excited to see you!
