The Central Coast

The Central Coast is a beautiful span of California that extends from Monterey down to Santa Barbara (though the area of inclusion is hotly debated). It is known for its temperate Mediterranean climate, agriculture & viticulture, valley oaks and rolling golden hills and its laidback 'California' lifestyle. It has a bright mix of Hispanic, Chumash and Cowboy culture and there are a number of historic and natural treasures in its bounds. It is also a very spread out & rural region so it is easiest to get around by car. We recommend using either rental cars, rideshare apps or coordinating via carpool.

Flight

Air Travelers

For long distance guests traveling in by airplane, LAX is the nearest major airport and is about a 3 hour drive to San Luis Obispo. From the north, SFO and OAK are about a 4 hour drive away. We also have 3 smaller regional airports in the area: SBD (San Luis Obispo) - close to venue SBA (Santa Barbara) - 1.5 hour drive away SMX (Santa Maria) - 30 minute drive away
