For Room reservations Who do I contact - Destify or the resort?

Answer

Destify will be your primary contact for general questions about everything pertaining to any reservations made through Destify, such as the hotel room and airport transfers.

Question

Can I book my flight through Destify?

Answer

Unfortunately, this time Destify will only take care of resort and hotel transfers reservations. Everyone will be responsible for booking their own flights.

Question

Is there a promotion code to apply on my reservation?

Answer

Yes, Guest must send an email to guestservices@destify.com within 24 hours of making their initial deposit and include the code MichaelandCristina2024  to qualify for the discount. *Valid for 90 days - until 5/20/2024

Question

Can I make payments towards my reservation?

Answer

Yes, your initial deposit will depend on the type of room you choose and you can make payments as we go, final payment required by June 24th, 2024.

Question

Is there a minimum night stay requirement?

Answer

Yes, at this moment the minimum night stay requirement is 3 nights, this can change by the resort without notice so we encourage our guests to make their reservation ASAP.

Question

Can I book directly with the resort if I find a better price?

Answer

You certainly can, we asked our guest to let us know if you decide to do this so we can add you to our wedding guest list separately, keep in mind Destify will match the lower fee if you email them within 24 hours after making your reservation to guestservices@destify.com
