COVID Protocols

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with all of you! We also are very aware of the safety concerns around Covid-19, and are trying to do everything we can to ensure a safe event for all our guests. In that spirit and in an effort to be as transparent as possible, we are requiring all guests to provide advanced proof of full vaccination no later than Wednesday, December 1st, OR to obtain a negative PCR COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of the wedding. Additionally, we will be following all state and city of Boston regulations. Currently, this means masks are not required for private events indoors. You will need to wear a mask on the elevator up to the venue. The room is very large and we should have plenty of space during the dinner and reception. Please use the following secure link to upload your proof of vaccination (or negative PCR test): https://www.dropbox.com/request/Kn22ptHoxFUEaSUoFmaw We can’t wait to celebrate (safely) with you all on December 4th!!
Question

Will the whole wedding be in person?

Answer

YES! Both the reception and venue are planned for in person celebration. We will be sure to reach out if things change.

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

As per the venue, church, city of Boston, state of MA and federal recommendations, masks are not required for private events such as ours. That being said, we do not want to discourage anyone from wearing one if they are more comfortable doing so. You will need one for the venue lobby/elevator. There will be 175 guests attending.

Question

Is a vaccine required?

Answer

This one is a really hard one for us to define. After much thought, we want all of our guests to be comfortable, safe and able to enjoy the celebration. For that reason, we are requiring that all guests who are eligible for a vaccine are. If you are unable to or have any COVID-like symptoms, then a negative PCR test 48 hours before the wedding will be needed.

Question

What if I RSVP's but am feeling sick the day of?

Answer

If you are not feeling well before the wedding or have any hesitations, we ask that you be tested with a PCR test 48 hours before the wedding. Otherwise, we ask that for the safety and respect of all the guests, you choose not to attend the ceremony and reception.

For all the days along the way
