What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to find your seat without rushing!

Is there parking available at the Mackey House?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the Mackey House if you choose to drive. You are allowed to leave your car overnight but must pick it up before 10 am the following morning. Please plan your evening and don't drink and drive!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be formal/black tie optional. All formal attire is welcome!

What does formal/black tie optional mean?

Answer

We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi cocktail dress. No jeans, sneakers, or short dresses- use this opportunity to dress up! Please check the weather beforehand as February in Savannah can be chilly.

What will your family name be?

Answer

After lots of reflection and prayer, we have decided to create a new family name that represents both of our families and our history both separately and together. Once we are married, we will be the “Suarez-Moudys”.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Are kids Invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.

Can I bring a date?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out!
