Is there a hotel block for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a hotel block at the Hyatt Regency Rochester, NY for our guests. To receive the special wedding rate, please use the hotel link provided below or in the 'Travel' section of our website to book your room. We recommend booking early, as availability is limited and rooms may fill quickly. Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes. We will be providing shuttle transportation between the Hyatt (our hotel block) and the venue before and after the event. More details in the travel section of website Guests not staying at the Hyatt will need to arrange their own transportation. The venue is located in a rural area, so Uber and Lyft availability may be limited. If you plan to use a ride-share service, we strongly recommend scheduling your ride in advance.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly request that RSVPs be submitted by May 22nd. If you’re able to RSVP sooner, it would be a big help as we finalize seating. Thank you for helping us plan a smooth and special celebration!

I'm driving! When should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Out of respect to the wonderful staff at Deerfield CC, please do not arrive any earlier than 3:30pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Onsite parking will be available at the venue for guests who choose to drive.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We recommend cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or sport coats — whatever makes you feel comfortable and celebratory! The ceremony will be held outdoors. (It will not rain 😊) There is an outside deck that can be used throughout. As the sun sets, it could get chilly out. We suggest a light sweater for your comfort.

It won't rain don't worry :) Just in case it does.....the ceremony will be held indoors.

Can I bring a guest or plus-one?

Answer

Plus-ones have been included for guests where noted on the invitation and RSVP. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear when you RSVP.

Can we take photos or post on social media?

Answer

We’d love for you to take photos and share in our joy! During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras put away so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. After the ceremony, please feel free to take photos and post — we can’t wait to see the celebration through your eyes!
