When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Once our formal invitations are sent out and the RSVP tab is displayed up above, you can RSVP as early as you like, BUT PLEASE NO LATER THAN July 18, 2026 so we can ensure that your seat(s) are reserved. Also, remember to make your food selections and let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions!

Will there be transportation to and from Avon Old Farms to Riverview?

Answer

Yes! First come first serve - BE SAFE ! If you would like to reserve a seat on the bus to take you from Avon Old Farms to Riverview (and vice versa), you will need to let us know when you RSVP. The wedding invites will be mailed out in June. Bus Schedule: 3 busses will be leaving Avon Old Farms promptly at 3:00p.m. to bring guests to Riverview Busses will stagger pick up from Riverview starting at 8:30p.m. and ending at 10:15p.m.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Thank you for asking in advance! If the invitation you received stated "and guest" then yes, we have made an accommodation for both you and a special guest to attend.

Can we bring our children to your wedding with us?

Answer

We want you to have a night out with us full of celebration, dinner and dancing, so please make other arrangements on this night for your little ones and hope you can still join us in our celebration.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail, Semi-formal or Formal - Bring your best fashionable self! The Ceremony will be outside under cover, with everyone bearing witness to the beginning of our new beginning. The Cocktail Hour will be both indoors and outdoors where you will enjoy some lovely music, mingling, and delicious appetizers and libations! The reception will move on to the indoor dining area kicking the night off with more music, dinner, dancing, and a whole lot of fun! Bring your dancing feet!!!

Afterparty?

Answer

YES! The Robinsons will be hosting an Afterparty at Avon Old Farms after the Riverview reception to get a little extra something in your bellies. The bar will be open if you'd like to purchase drinks. Please drive responsibly if you are not staying overnight at the hotel.
