Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love our family and friends to dress up with us! The dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length or midi formal dresses. Gentleman can wear a suit & tie. Please no jeans, sneakers or white attire!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation as "{Your Name} & Guest" and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" - no phones or cameras. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present when we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we will share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! Thank you for respecting our wishes!

Question

What time should i arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive around 3-3:15 PM to ensure you have time to park and find your seat.

Question

is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Both the church and venue have parking. St. Philomena's church has a parking lot in the back of the church. Valley Regency has a large parking lot as well as complimentary valet service.

Question

is there transportation?

Answer

There is no transportation provided from the church to the venue for our guests. However, if you will be staying at the hotel with us, there will be a free shuttle to bring you to the hotel after the reception!

Question

how do i rsvp?

Answer

We are so happy you will be celebrating with us! There will be an RSVP card with your invitation that you can fill out and mail back to us. Or, you can use the RSVP tab on our website here and RSVP that way!

Question

What happens if i don't rsvp in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP by the date provided, it will be marked as a "no". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we need to provide a total guest count to our venue in a timely manor and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand!
