The reception will be held inside, downstairs in the Venetian Room. Light bites will be provided during cocktail hour. Our dinner options are as follows: Filet Mignon - barbecued over an open oak BBQ pit Atlantic Salmon - Monterey-style with tomatoes, mushrooms and scallions Grilled Portabella Mushroom - layered with heirloom tomatoes, goat's cheese and a balsamic reduction drizzle with a seasonal vegetable (can be made vegan) All entrees served with salad and baby red potatoes.
