Shuttle
August 28, 2021 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
For your convenience, a shuttle will be running from the Westin Cadillac Book to The War Memorial. The shuttle will be located on Michigan Avenue outside of the Westin. The shuttle will arrive by 3:30 PM on MICHIGAN AVENUE and will depart by 3:45 PM. There should be just enough room for everyone who RSVP'd yes for the shuttle. The shuttle will make a second trip at 4:45/5 PM and will not arrive until after the ceremony has ended. The shuttle will provide return rides to the Westin at 9 PM, 10 PM, and 11 PM. If you did not RSVP that you are taking the shuttle, we kindly ask that you wait until the end to board and see if there is room.
Flight
Detroit Metro Airport is about 20 miles from our hotel blocks in Downtown Detroit. You may consider renting a car, using Metro Cars, Uber or Lyft.
Travel Note
Don't forget to calculate the time change into your travels (learn from Cristina's mistakes)! Michigan is in the Eastern Time Zone. Hotels in Downtown Detroit are about 25 minutes from the venue.
