When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 6:15pm, so we kindly request that you arrive 15-30 minutes early to find parking and a seat before we begin.

Where is there parking?

Answer

Please refer to the Tavares website for preferred pavilion parking and other close parking options. There is no parking permitted on the roundabout drop-off area. We ask that you arrive on time since there will be walking to the pavilion.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love for everyone to join, due to the limited space we ask that you only refer to the invitation and messages of any additional guests. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

This will be adults only event. With that being said, please enjoy your one evening kid free.

What should I wear?

Answer

You have the option to dress Formal or Semi-Formal. Please keep in mind of our colors being earth tone colors, we would love for you to be comfortable and in tone with the theme.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

No smoking is allowed inside or near the Pavilion. Smoking areas are outside on the pier.
