Can I bring a date?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the Days Inn and Indian Head Resort for the reception only. After the ceremony go back to your hotel for 330. The shuttle will pick you up and bring to reception at Woodstock then will pick back up 10:15 after the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. Please call either of us and we'll take care if it.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

See travel page. We have blocks at several hotels in the area. There are many Air BnBs and other hotel options in the area if you want to explore on your own. Transportation will only be available to the lodging along Route 3 in Lincoln.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

1:00 Our planned ceremony is pretty unique. You will arrive at Loon mountain, then we will ride the gondola to the summit and be directed to the amphitheater. Therefore we have scheduled a lot of time for the ceremony but don't worry the actual ceremony wont be long! It takes time to get every one up and down the gondola. There is a cafe where you can buy snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. There is a fire tower you can walk up for a great view, a viewing deck with another great view and seating will be available at the ceremony site.

Are kids welcome?

We love your kiddos! However we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with a few exceptions. We encourage you to use the evening as a date night!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Open beer, wine and hard seltzers. We're putting a nice hunk of change on the bar tab...here's hoping it last all night.
