Please plan on arriving at 3:30pm and being in your seat by 3:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation/RSVP and no additional guests can be accommodated.
The dress code is Cocktail Attire. We would love to see our loved ones dressed up for our Big Day! Please avoid wearing white/ivory. The bridesmaids will be wearing light pink.
Our ceremony will be outdoors, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place mainly indoors. Guests will walk to the ceremony area on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. Guests will have access to outside areas during cocktail hour and the reception. For that reason, stilettos or any thin heels are not recommended!
While we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of a few infants. We hope you take this opportunity to have a night out and celebrate with us!
Yes, there will be an open bar. Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!
Yes, San Ramon Waters has ample parking to the right of the entrance for guests.
We will only be providing transportation from the reception to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pleasanton towards the end of the night. There is no official transportation to the venue. Ubers/Lyfts are encouraged.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pleasanton at the Club. Please book your stay by April 3, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. Use the reservation link under "Travel" to book a room in our hotel block. There are also plenty of other hotel options in the area. We have only listed a few on the "Travel" page.
