COVID Travel Information and Recommendations

As of now we are choosing to continue our plans to celebrate our marriage in Mexico this May. We understand that we are very much still in a pandemic so we ultimately want you to make the decision for you and your family that you are the most comfortable with. If you choose not to travel we 100% respect and honor your decision and stay tuned for more info to celebrate with us virtually. If you choose to travel with us please view the link above and below you will find our recommendations to stay safe and healthy while traveling: 1. We recommend that you do everything you can to get vaccinated prior to traveling. 2. We ask that you try to be as cautious as you can the 14 days prior to traveling. 3. Please follow all mask guidelines and wash your hands often while traveling. 4. At this time US regulations are still requiring a negative COVID test to re enter the country. Please arrange this test with Sandos as soon as you arrive. 5. Try to stay on resort as much as possible.

Sandos Caracol Eco Resort

This is the resort that we are so excited to stay at and celebrate our wedding at! We do have a special group rate if you book through our travel agent Stephanie Fritz (303-941-7721). If you choose to book on your own please let me know ASAP so that we can let the resort know that you are apart of the wedding group. Please note that the resort is running on reduced occupancy so please make your reservations as soon as possible.

Cancun International Airport

This is the closest airport to Playa Del Carmen. If you choose to book through our travel agent (Stephanie Fritz) your airport transfer to get to and from the resort is included.
