What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than August 1st, 2026. We are so excited to share our day with you, but if you do not RSVP by August 1st, 2026, bring a lawn chair, binoculars, and a sandwich.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue 30-45 minutes before the scheduled start time of 5:00 pm. If you are late, you will not be permitted to attend.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The bride and groom kindly request guests to wear classic, solid, all-black formal attire. Ladies: floor-length black gowns & Gentlemen: black suits or tuxedos. Timeless, elegant, and refined, just as the evening will be.

Are plus ones allowed?
Answer
Plus-ones were given to guests who needed them! If you were granted a plus-one, you would have been notified directly by the bride and groom. If you are bringing a plus-one, please provide their name, phone number, email, and address to the bride and groom for their records.

Are children allowed to attend?
Answer
The bride and groom are happy to accommodate your little ones. Please understand that this is a special moment for them, and if a child becomes upset or begins to cry, they kindly ask that you escort the child to an area out of earshot of the ceremony.

IS THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME VENUE?

Yes, both will be located at the West Manor Estate. The address is 3594 State Rte 666, Forest, VA 24551.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
There will be a bar with a variety of options available. As this day celebrates the union of two people and is centered around a family-friendly environment, the bride and groom kindly ask guests to be mindful while enjoying beverages. Please ensure you have a safe way home, whether that be a rideshare service like Uber or a pre-arranged ride.
