I was a bridesmaid and he was a groomsman in the wedding of two of our closest friends. Somehow, inspite of the fact that two of our very best friends had been dating for a while and were getting married, and we know many of the same people, we never met until the weekend of their wedding.

Our engagement was perfect! Hunter couldn't have done any better! I have a big, wonderful, fun family, and every year for 40 years now, in November, we go camping at Cheaha State Park. Everyone in the family makes it a priority, and good friends join us often, so we usually have around 50 people there and take up half a campground. Cheaha is a beautiful park with incredible views, and every year we go up to the top of the mountain and enjoy the beauty and take family pics. This year we all made our usual trip to the top, and when Hunter and I went out on the point to have our picture taken, he went down on one knee, and in front of all my family, asked me to marry him with the engagement ring of my dreams! Having my dream guy ask me to marry him was the best thing that has ever happened to me, and getting to share it with all the most important people in my life made it more special than I can put into words.

The wedding ceremony will take place at 5:00 P.M. with the reception to follow at 6:15 P.M. There are two barns on the property, a ceremony barn and a reception barn. You will be directed to the festivities when you arrive.

We want more than anything for all of you to be comfortable and relaxed, and just have fun celebrating with us! Dress is Dressy Casual. Wear something you will dance in!
