Our dress code is formal attire. We highly encourage our guests to wear formal suits and gowns for our special day. Please refrain from wearing an all-white, cream, or ivory outfit.
We love your little ones, but, to allow all guests to fully relax and enjoy themselves, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a night off!
Please note that our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony's scheduled start time to account for the time needed to drop off your vehicle with our on-site valet concierge and find your seat. Cold refreshments will be ready for you upon arrival.
Yes, on-site parking will be available at the venue via our complimentary valet concierge service. In order to ensure your safety, guests may leave their vehicle at the venue overnight, however, your vehicle MUST be picked up by 12:00 p.m. the following morning, Sunday, April 6, 2025.
Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, providing a beautiful natural backdrop for our special day. The reception will follow under an open-air pavilion, allowing everyone to celebrate comfortably in the shade while enjoying the fresh air. We will also have an indoor cedar lounge available for guests who prefer a cozy indoor setting or need a break from the outdoor festivities. We hope these arrangements will provide a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Cocktail hour will commence immediately after our ceremony. At this time, guests will be served with a variety of hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. Once cocktail hour has ended, guests will be directed to the open-air pavilion where they will be able to enjoy seated, family-style dining, with their respective tables. If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns, please make sure to indicate them when you RSVP.
