Even though the Austin airport is small, if you do not have TSA precheck the security lines can be long at times. We recommend arriving a couple hours early if you are departing at peak times. The Ride Share pick up area is located in the parking garages across from the airport pick up and drop off.
Shuttle

Shuttles will be provided to take wedding guests to the venue. There will be two yellow school buses outside the Courtyard Marriot at 3:45pm to leave for the ceremony. They will bring guests back from the venue after the reception. If you choose to drive or ride share instead, please set aside extra time to travel to the venue. The venue is approximately 25 minutes from the hotels and traffic can be heavy on Friday afternoons in Austin which could increase travel time to 40 minutes.
