Hotel
At the time of booking, we found the best rate was when you booked directly through Nova Luxury Suites and sign up for free loyalty dicount. This is a boutique hotel which is close to our wedding venue, Venetsanos Winery. We will be staying there from Tuesday, September 8 until we move to our Honeymoon Hotel. We chose this hotel because the units are exceptional large (646 sq ft.) with private pools or hot tubs and KING SIZE BEDS !! There are only 7 units. A continental breakfast is included and there is an outside pool. There are restaurants close by but not on the property. This area has many other boutique hotels right near it.
Hotel
This was another mid range option that is close to Venetsanos Winery. It has 33 units, a breakfast buffet included, a restaurant on site, 24 hour Front desk, pool, hot tub, bar, and only 6 steps to reach enterance. It also has a free shuttle to Fira. There are hundreds of places to choose from in Santorini and in all price ranges. This seemed like a good deal for all it had and had a 9.5 rating with 3,018 reviews.
Flight
There are many ways to get to Santorini and we looked at alot of them! We found American Airlines to have the best flights and fares for what we needed. There will be 6 of us flying out of Orlando Florida to Philadelphia and then to Athens. We have Premium Economy seats (extra legroom preferred seat, boarding in section 4, a personal item, a carry on, and 2 free check-in bags included. The total time is around 15 hours and scheduled to land in Athens at 9:15. From Athens you need to take a 50 minute flight to Santorini. There are a few of them throughout the day.
