The Hotel at Midtown

This is pretty close to the welcome dinner, ceremony, and reception. This hotel is accessible via public transit--the Fullerton CTA bus is a 15 minute direct ride to the venue or a 5-10 minute car ride. At this hotel you will also receive access to their state-of-the art athletic and recreation club.

Longman & Eagle

This is a small inn with B&B style lodging located above the gastropub Longman & Eagle in the heart of the Logan Square neighborhood. The lodge has six room and availability is limited. The venue is an 8 minute walk or quick 3-5 minute drive from Longman. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Logan Square nightlife, this is a good option.

Chicago Athletic Association Hotel

This is a boutique hotel in a 1983 Venetian Gothic building. It's famous for its cocktail and recreation lounge in a gorgeous 1920's inspired library. This hotel is located in the downtown of Chicago, across from the famous "bean", grant park, and the Art Institute of Chicago. This hotel is much further away from the wedding events but for first time Chicago visitors (or those eager to explore), this is a nice option. Public transit (Blue line El) will take you right up to Logan Square or a 20 minute drive to Logan square.

Located in The River North neighborhood, this hotel is in a central location and budget friendly. This is a traveler centric hotel with private and shared bunk options--great for friends traveling from out of town. If you're traveling alone or with a friend, this might be a great option.

Flight

Chicago O'hare Airport

Chicago has a plenty of travel options but O'hare is a little closer to get to Logan Square, especially if you're taking transit in from the city. Logan Square and the surrounding neighborhoods are most easily accessed by the Blue Line CTA which feeds right into O'hare Airport.

Train

CTA Blueline

Just a note that the wedding events all take place in Logan Square which is most accessible via the Blue Line CTA. If you're planning on taking public transit, it's a good thing to keep in mind!

Travel Note

Winter in Chicago

December will likely be cold and it could be damp and snowy. Plan for weather and travel delays accordingly! If you run cold, make sure to pack with options! The outside is cold but the wedding venue will likely be rather warm.
