What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie optional Our ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Please note guests will walk to the ceremony directly on grass from the parking lot. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking onsite for the venue and hotel. Please be safe and plan ahead, there are Ubers/Lyfts in the area if you are not staying onsite.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn.(Let's all hope for sunshine) Reception and afterparty are indoors.

Do I need to stay at the James Newbury Hotel?

Answer

No and unfortunately the hotel is not big enough to accommodate everyone. We would love for everyone to stay close. In the accommodations section we’ve listed out other great options nearby, but there are a ton more in the area! Also check out Airbnb! Please do what works best for you!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
