Great question! Since Victoria's immunocompromised, we're doing our best to mitigate germs and not get her (or any of our other loved ones) sick. We request that guests eligible for vaccination receive the vaccine and their booster shot before our wedding. We will also be reaching out via email with additional information regarding taking a COVID test before our event and sharing your negative result with us. We want to make our event as safe and fun as possible and we appreciate your help in doing so! Free covid tests available here: https://faq.usps.com/s/article/At-Home-COVID-19-Test-Kits Also, there will be outdoor space and open windows to help with airflow. Masks are of course also welcome!
We want you to be comfortable so there's no specific dress code. However, if you have a fun costume/outfit you've never had a reason to wear, this is your moment! (As long as it's not white/cream/ivory ;) ) Note: the ceremony will be outside in an unpaved orchard, so high heels are not likely to do well. Also September outside in New England can be a bit of a wildcard, so maybe have a warm layer.
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. If you would like to bring your small ones to the other weekend festivities, please do! Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns.
The ceremony will be taking place in an orchard (weather pending) which is relatively flat, but still grassy and slightly uneven ground. They also have golf carts to help transport folks who might like some assistance. The reception is definitely wheelchair accessible!
We are so honored you want to capture this special moment, but we would much rather see your smiling faces so please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Don't worry, we have an incredible photographer and we will gladly share photos with you! Feel free to whip out the cameras for the reception; we made a link for it and everything: https://photos.app.goo.gl/G4U36bRTs4f9N3tZ8.
Our online RSVP form will be collecting this information so that we can be sure to appropriately accommodate you. And the first few rounds of drinks are on us! If you're feeling extra celebratory, a cash bar will be available for extra libations.
Turns out, weddings are expensive (who knew?) so unfortunately we can't accommodate plus ones to the reception.
We're not sure yet!
There's plenty of parking at the reception, but somewhat limited parking at the ceremony; we recommend carpooling if you can!
August 19th, please!
You've come to the right place! Under the 'travel and lodging' tab on this website, you will find information about the venue, hotels, and transportation options.
He's a cat. He likes cat things which really don't include people. Or being anywhere there's wind. Or things flying overhead. So nope, we're going to leave him at home and just overly enthusiastically greet him when we return! He'll tolerate it.
Feel free to call, text, or email us directly with any questions! If you want to reach both of us at once, you can email us at crimminsquine@gmail.com and we'll both receive your email. 😊
Yarrrrrrrrrrrr we sure did!
