When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children of any age are welcome. There will be a bounce house, a petting zoo, and a train that guests are welcome to enjoy.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors in June in Florida, so dress accordingly (reception is indoors with A/C). "Sundress" attire; no need for suit and tie. Dress casual in slacks/khakis and golf shirt or button down or casual dresses.

What are the wedding colors?

The wedding party will be wearing Navy and Dusty Blue.

What food will be served?

Answer

There will be passed hours d'oeuvres during cocktail hour from about 5pm to 6pm. For dinner there will be a salad, an option of chicken or brisket, and some veggies despite Josh's protests. Dessert will be an array of cake and other desserts.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar with cocktails, beer, and wine. Soft drinks will also be available.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue. Ceremony and Reception are at the same venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be busses to transport guests between the Marriot Courtyard Hotel and the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you arrive by 4:30pm you will be able to get seated before the ceremony starts.
